Trained in oncology and hematology at the Faculty of Medicine in Lyon (France), Dr. DJIKEUSSI Eléonore has been practicing in France for more than two decades. She is also an expert in nutrition and beyond conventional treatments, her clinical work focuses on the role of nutrition and cellular metabolism in cancer and chronic diseases, with particular interest in metabolic balance, cellular resilience, and integrative approaches to prevention and care. As an oncologist, she considers her primary mission to be supporting and strengthening the natural mechanisms of resilience — cellular intelligence. She is the founder of NutriGnosis SA, which provide scientific grounded training to professionals and public, with the objective of bringing nutritherapy back to the heart of chronic disease management to complete conventional treatments. She is also the author of two books : Cancer : le glucose en question and Cancer: maladie génétique ou crise énergétique cellulaire?. Through her clinical practice, teaching, lectures, and publications, she promotes a scientifically grounded understanding of nutritherapy as a complementary perspective in chronic disease management and preventive medicine.
