Rupali Ghosh is a Ph.D. research scholar in Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi, India with research interests in molecular oncology, cancer nanotechnology, tumor biology, and translational cancer therapeutics. She is a recipient of the prestigious UGC-NET Senior Research Fellowship (SRF). Her research focuses on developing plant-derived nano formulations for cancer therapy, emphasizing tumor microenvironment modulation, secretome profiling, proteomics, and molecular mechanisms underlying anticancer activity. She has expertise in nanoparticle formulation and characterization, mammalian cell culture, animal models of cancer, molecular biology techniques, confocal microscopy, flow cytometry, and LC-MS/MS-based proteomics. She is also proficient in cancer bioinformatics, utilizing platforms such as STRING, GEPIA2, UALCAN, GSCA, GENT2, GeneCodis, and pathway enrichment tools to identify therapeutic targets and biomarkers. She has authored several peer-reviewed research publications and presented her work at national and international conferences. Her research aims to develop safer, targeted nanotherapeutics and advance precision oncology through integrated experimental and computational approaches.
